According to semi-structured interviews, 233 open codes and 67 pivotal codes were extracted for information literacy, which ultimately identified 8 dimensions and 21 main components for information literacy. Then, according to the matrix questionnaire of interpretive structural equations, the dimension of identifying information access methods, the ability to search and access information and identify information needs from influential factors and the ability to organize and use information and relate it to previous knowledge, comparative ability Evaluation of information obtained from various sources, adherence to belief values, formulation of information retrieval strategies and information retrieval were identified as effective factors.
