Abstract :
Institutions tailored to the cultural, social and economic one strong and effective tools to accelerate the modernization process in the tissue is dead. The aim of the present study, review and assess the functioning of the offices of facilitating the renovation of old neighborhoods in District 4 District 11 of Tehran. For the purpose of this study is an applied research - development and according to procedure, the descriptive nature - is analytical. The method of collecting information from all types of documents and survey. The study sample included local residents, experts and officials repair worn out tissues studied area and population size using a sample of 320 individuals was determined. The multi-stage cluster sampling within selected clusters (neighborhoods) were randomly selected samples. Information collected using Excel and Spss VIKOR and software were processed and analyzed. The results show that the oil depot neighborhood with a value of (932/0) in the first rank and the railway neighborhood with a value of (023/0) is in last place.
