Evaluation of heritage tourism potential of the land in glacial areas using integrated Assessment models (Case Study: Valley Shahrestanak)

Abstract :

Geotourism is knowledge-oriented approach to socio-cultural and economic development, sustaining the natural environment and people's knowledge of the intricacies of the land and geomorphic forms and processes; today this knowledge with the development of several sub-studies such as geodiversity, geoconservation, geointerpretation and ... has emerged in this branch of geomorphology. The aim of this study is to find a more appropriate solution for assessing tourism capacity of the study area by integrating existing models. In this methodological study, a comprehensive study of the study of geomorphosite models and methods, along with field surveys from the region, has been attempted through a comprehensive design of the criteria based on relevant criteria (0-10 points). With the ethics of the glacier system in the city valley, the capabilities of this site are evaluated.The results indicate a potential of science and geomorphology, with a total score of 5/51 (maximum score = 70). In contrast, infrastructure and tourism services, with a total of 5.25 points (out of 70) and the issue of protection with 34 total points score (maximum 60) Now management is in its infancy.
