Abstract :
Air pollution in the city is one of the most important issues that affect the environment, community health, economy, management of urban areas, etc. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of space layout components, land use and traffic and road network on urban air pollution. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts living in Tabriz. The sample size includes 45 people. Descriptive statistical tests, regression in SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that land use, space layout, traffic and network of roads and urban density have a positive and significant effect on air pollution. Also, among the components related to the arrangement of space, the interconnected component has the most impact. Among the land use components, the green space density component has the opposite effect on air pollution.
