Determining policies to promote public trust in urban management organizations in Iran Using the fuzzy Delphi method

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine policies to promote public trust in Iranian government agencies. In this paper, fuzzy Delphi method is used for group decision making and fuzzy theory is used to model linguistic variables and uncertainties in experts' theories. The Iranian government has been extracted. Is. The purpose of exploratory research and research method is fuzzy Delphi. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was done using snowball sampling method with the participation of 24 experts. Findings showed that to promote public trust in government organizations and institutions in the four main areas of public services, accountability, transparency and justice; Macro-policies need to be formulated. For example, quality public services along with accountability is one of the most important government policies in increasing citizen satisfaction and thus promoting public trust. The model of promoting public trust in government organizations was designed in four components and 25 indicators and has been presented as a model for policy making to Iranian government organizations .
