Abstract :
In a dry and Semidry land Such as Iran, Caspian Sea Shore forest is great ecologicresource which has hidden enormous natural and economic worth in it preserving thisresource , and enhancing the environmental condition is crucial both for the societydirecty related to it , and for all the State . Unfortunately , miss uses and ill uses withoutproper aims and plans has presently put this forest in danger.Some 31 of all northern forests in the State (6000000 acres) is covered with deforestedportions. Within these ruins , there are 1 and more families living densely or aboundantlywho have been a fundamental deforestating factor. In this area , Some 100000 familieswith almost 4.5 million flocks or herds are living in 2300 life stock units , whose main jobis keeping flocks and herds . these people are naturally depending on the environmenthaving lived from generation to generation. The forest habitats make a living on free –range animal husbandary which damaged the forests.This study is The geographical analysis of eco–social effects of evaculating life stocksfrom forests . with 2 hypotheses :The economic development of the animal husbands and habitants after the plan andincreasing Social Services and infer structural facilities in kelardasht villages after theplan . we are trying to find the answers to the two hypotheses.People undergone the plan were paid cash or lands but mostly haven’t been able toimprove their life and animal husband angies, So they have been made economical andSocial problems .Library , field and Survay methods were used for a better Study and results. The authorbelieves the following factors should be paid more attention Dedicating complementary facilities considering local talents Such as weaving , Smallvillage work shops , developing bee keeping , etc, So the unemployment is Som whatSolved.- Accepting and Conducting the plan on the basis of the fundamental local Culture.- Holding aforestation classes based on the plan.- Supporting the families under the plan until they get self – sufficiency.- Providing the people under the plan with lands near their home lands.
