Abstract :
Villagers in Quebec State of Canada are developing in accordance with worldwidechanges, especially in rural economy. The results of author's studies in rural regions ofthis state have shown that three factors are of special importance for differentiatingrural regions, which are population, activities and economic income. In addition, deepchanges in all bio- structures of the state which have appeared in the recent years havecaused a big difference between rural areas of this state and those of other countries.These changes consist of consuming model, structuralization of house, education,health service, planning for free times and the existing values. The great trend towardmodernism in Quebec State has caused basic and structural changes in rural areas.Most of these changes are because of developing new backgrounds in current ruraleconomic activities and the rise productive potential and economic benefits in theseregions.
