Abstract :
Introduction and Aim: all of cities in our countries have been faced social problems. Whatever the size of city is large and the population is more heterogeneous, these problems are more rather than other cities. Borujerd city is the second city of Lorestan province. Boroujerd have the various social problems due to immigrant populations and old fabric (old and margins). Therefore, at first should be known obvious problem in any area. On the other hand, according to the rapid development of cities, planning for them is very important. Creating a prospect for future of city is helpful. The prospect is the image of the final destination. So, Two symbolic features "city & district" are the most important characterizes of this prospect. The purpose of this research is, recognition the views, needs and problems from the perspective of the people and city officials. Also, studying the urban development plans and presenting the city's future development prospects and strategies for solving of problem are other purposes in this research. Method: this research is applied. Its research methods, is "descriptive – analytical". The method of data collected is field and questionnaire. In this research has been used from Cochran method to determine sample size. Also, has been used from Excel and GIS software for analyzing of spatial. At finally, was created the prospect according to limits and capabilities of Boroujerd. Results: the finding of research show that the 7 district of Boroujerd have the most of problems (24 percentage), after that the 3 district is second rank with 20%. The main strategies are: using of public transportation, integrated urban management and using from experts and participation of people in solving the problems and difficulties.
