Abstract :
The goal of the concept of competitiveness is somewhat specific and is overcome to other competitors. Due to the contemporary phenomena of globalization and information and communication, the importance of paying attention to the issue of urban competitiveness is evident. Competitiveness has different components. The purpose of the present research is to focus on the spatial components of urban competitiveness in order to provide it to urban managers. After determining the hypotheses using the structural equation model, with the partial least squares approach, the fitting of the model is performed by Smart PLS software to realization the hypotheses. To analyze the collected data from 110 people as a statistical population, descriptive statistics and then inferential statistics are presented first. The whole research hypothesis is confirmed. Also, research theory is: Urban competitiveness can be enhanced with people's participation and information and communication technology.
