The current research has been carried out with the aim of designing a crisis management model for agricultural faculties in pandemic conditions. This research was based on qualitative method and grounded theory strategy with a systematic approach. Research data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 25 experts in agricultural faculties of Tehran province. Then data analysis was done during three stages of open, central and selective coding and led to the emergence of 393 open codes, 98 concepts in the form of 24 sub-categories and 9 main categories. The results showed that the policymaking and formulation of laws to protect the university's performance as a causal condition has necessitated the finding of pandemic crisis management in agricultural faculties. Also, the pandemic crisis management in the agricultural faculties includes three components of pre-crisis preparation, response during the crisis and post-crisis recovery, which if the university's financial resources development and diversification, social capital promotion and culture building and communication and cooperation development strategies are applied, in the context a suitable infrastructure of the university and taking into account human resource management can lead to the emergence of the outcome of sustainable higher education.
