Abstract :
Preventing the rights of others, protecting people's property in the Holy Qur'an and hadiths have been reported on it more than anything else. Due to this important issue, ownership and ownership are very visible in the process of registration and documents and narrations. In fact, the conducted researches are also related to showing ownership and competence in jurisprudence and legal issues. This qualitative and library research is essential and discusses the ownership and its important conditions because it examines the qualification in document registration with its characteristics and in that Quran it is clear that registration is ownership with conditions such as qualification for registration. The owner is a legal, religious, religious, intellectual and moral issue; Therefore, the purpose of the present research is to prove the logical and rational necessity of qualification in document registration from the perspective of the Qur'an and to specify precisely how this honorable Mushaf has explained the necessary competence of persons for qualification in legal affairs, especially document registration.
