Abstract :

Abstract Coexist in peace and security protection is of the core foundation of any civilized nation. And from a long time theorists have dealt with it as one of the most ideal indicators "utopia". Today also, it is such an attractive matter that excites the lawyers and politicians in the international or regional area to think about its legal and administrative instruments and to present strategies for realizing it. But it is to be known what has been neglected in these efforts, is considering the revealed teachings. In the current global situation, negative approach to religious thought, both in the range of interpersonal relationships and social interaction, has made the human cheap senses overcome his eminent senses, and has caused unbridled status in natural impulses such as individualism, exploiting the others’ interests in the service of one’s benefits and the desire to exceed the restrictions. If the belief was institutionalized in law and political elite, it would lead to numerous works in all areas as a unit something that is now as a missing loop.
