Abstract :

Abstract   Due to the special place of the methodology in understanding the standards and the correct ways of the scientific exploration from the relevant sources in each knowledge, and due to the position of the Quran in inferring the religious commandments as the main source of legal interpretation as an interdisciplinary science, this paper studies and practices the division of various methodologies in extracting jurisprudence rulings from the ruling verses in Shiite school as well as it mentions the general characteristics of the jurisprudence interpretation in Shiite religion. In this regard, major and minor procedures, including reference to the principles of rational conversation, the legal interpretation of the Quran to Quran (consisting of seven sub-methods), the legal interpretation of the Quran to the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) (consisting of two sub-accounts, with nine sub-categories, and attachment), referring to the correlates of mental methodology, referring to a consensus, referring to the rules, jurisprudence, interpretation, logic and referring to the dignity of the verses and their interpretations are separated and classified
