Abstract :
ABSTRACTBelieving in the holy things has a long history and is the twin with the human societies. From the founding of the primitive societies, believing in the holy things has been available and has appeared in the forms of Fetishism and Toteism. In The Islam there are also some affairs that they are respected the religious holy things because of their purity and closeness to God. In this case it is not allowable to violate them. Profanation and violation in Islam are the important matters in religious jurisprudence and they have different chapters which can be categorized under these two subtitles: (a) obligation of respecting the rites, and (b) prohibition of violating the holy things. These topics were discussed in Makaseb, Moharrame, Taharat, Salat (pray), Soum (fast), Haj, Nekah(marriage), and Talaq (divorce). These religious holy things that are the subject of violation and profanation could be divided into the following overall categorization: 1. The profanation to the religious principles,2. The profanation to the religious subordinates,3. The profanation to the sacred places,4. The profanation to the holy times, and5. The profanation to the holy books.
