That is, the Israeli occupation regime lacks it. Therefore, the legality of this transfer should be examined. This article examines the legal status of the United States in terms of jurisprudence and jurisprudence with a legal-legal approach. The main hypothesis of the investigation is that the United States is acting illegally. The novelty of the investigation is that it is not legitimate for jurisdictions and international law to have embassies in Israel. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytical.
