Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the Relationship between organizational culture & organizational Maturity of staff in Isfahan Medical University Hospitals (IMUHs). Three questionnaires (organizational culture, organizational Maturity) were used for accomplishment of this descriptive & Corelational research. The reliability of these questionnaires was assesed with the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. these questionnaires were distributed between 360 employees of IMUHs. The data was analysed by SPSS software. Funding showed that the organizational culture scores of 5 hospitals were at average & 6 hospitals were lower than average. The level of organizational Maturity was average. and There was a significant relationship between organizational culture & organizational Maturity. The hospital Managers should change their organizational culture in order to increase the level of organizational Maturity.
