Presenting the sociological model and developing moral values and public trust in sports elites in interaction with society

Abstract :
AbstractToday, trust and its interaction with the community is a vital and necessary factor for individual, organizational and social success, and it is a main source of producing soft and effective power in the penetration coefficient of hard power. It is considered as one of the indicators of development and progress. and plays a significant role in the quality of social interactions. Moral values as one of the indicators of development and progress are of interest to social scientists and play a significant role in the quality of social interactions.Methodology: The purpose of this research is to achieve a sociological model and develop moral values and public trust in sports elites in interaction with society. The research approach is qualitative and Delphi method. Therefore, with 242 experts, there were elites and experts from the sports ministries of the country. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was prepared based on the interview text with all coaches, experts, seniors and specialists of the Ministry of Sports, the Olympic Committee and elite sports of the country, and in the Delphi model, 15 elite sports were interviewed for 500 minutes and 5 categories Sociological and ethical values of sports elites were identified in community interaction: "social interactions" category includes the indicators of social interactions and relationships network that have the highest score and average, followed by "human resources" and "capacities" categories respectively. » In society, moral values and behavior based on trust are recognized as important by experts and sports elites due to the increase of public trust of sports elites. In the last row of importance is the "material resources" category.Findings: Based on this, the two indicators "education as a supporter of sports" with an average of 4.9 are at the highest level of effectiveness and "teachers and people involved in sports", "workgroup" and "empathy" and "work conscience" with a common average of 8 / 4 had the greatest impact. Also, the lowest level of impact and interaction was related to the index of "government support" with an average impact of 3.8. The results of the research showed that all factor loadings were higher than 0.5, which indicated convergent validity. Also, the index values were higher than 0.9, as a result, they indicated a good fit of the modelConclusion: Research findings indicate that public trust is more related to micro level factors than macro level factors.
