Abstract :
The entry of cars into cities created more comfort for humanity, and this caused many changes in the daily lives of human beings. It has created many changes in the place of residence, the quality of the living space in various dimensions of social, cultural, environmental, economic and so on. However, with the involvement of all aspects of life in industrial tools, the need for cities to become human-centered was felt, and one of the dimensions of this approach is the creation of pedestrian streets in the city center. It includes access to the services needed by pedestrians, but before turning these sidewalks into sidewalks for residents, a solution must be considered so that the project has a good and acceptable quality for citizens. It is a case. Field method, library studies and questionnaire and field survey have been used to collect research data and assess users' opinions. In data analysis, SPSS software is used. According to the results, it was found that Bu Ali sidewalk complies with many criteria and indicators of sidewalk construction, but there are a series of issues and problems that have the potential of this sidewalk to improve the quality of housing can be solved and followed. Can play a key role. One of the dimensions of this approach is the creation of pedestrian streets in the city center. Pedestrian orientation is a favorable condition for pedestrians to be able to walk around the city easily. This feature includes aspects such as connectivity, readability, safety and security, and access to the services needed by pedestrians. It is closed to the movement of the cavalry or is completely dedicated to the movement of pedestrians. Pedestrian paths can be defined as roads that are far from the sidewalks and are used by a wide range of users, including pedestrians, runners, cyclists, etc. Pedestrians are passages with the highest level of social role in which there is complete control with pedestrians and motor vehicles are used only to serve the current life in the passage. and act as a meeting place (both self-planned and self-planned), and provide a space for business, music, art, and other social and cultural activities. Having this place is a necessity for urban life today. Currently, the existing sidewalks face problems and problems, such as traffic problems (motorcycle movement and stopping cars on the sidewalk, etc.), physical problems (level difference in the sidewalk, lack of He mentioned the communication bridge, destruction or unsuitability of the floor, etc.) and service issues These issues in themselves can have a direct impact on the quality of the people living in those areas, both good and bad. Before turning these passages into sidewalks for the residents, a solution must be considered so that the desired plan has a good and acceptable quality for the citizens.Methodology: The present study is descriptive-analytical and combined with case study. SPSS software and t-test were used in data analysis.Results and discussion: In conclusion, the present study shows that the excessive concentration of commercial-service uses in the center of Hamadan during the past four decades on the one hand and the single-center radial pattern of Hamadan on the other hand causes the over-expansion of car travel and decline The quality of housing in the city center.Conclusion: According to the studies conducted in 5 main indicators of this research, these results have been achieved. In the functional and functional component, security is in the first place, and after the implementation plan, it has significantly improved. In the second place, there are religious celebrations and rituals that people had a positive opinion of, and in the second place, they are retailers. In terms of business and taking the average was at the bottom. In the social and cultural component, improving the social status is at the highest percentage of satisfaction and then the impact on daily life and the lowest score is related to improving the cultural status that should be considered more. In the traffic component - access, lack of attention to commercial shops to bring and take goods, lack of attention to medical centers that are mostly located in this part of the city, lack of parking, which has caused the traffic load in the area to be pulled to the area where people live Lack of proper green space are the weaknesses of Bu Ali sidewalks. In the physical component, the quality of the street view has already improved and gives a better feeling to citizens and residents, and also the sidewalk has good urban furniture. We can point to the sky line and the existence of inappropriate signs. In the aesthetic component of the Bu Ali sidewalk in Hamedan, it is one of the components that has attracted the level of people's satisfaction, which includes: proportions, rhythm, scale and complexity, color, order, color, skyline, geometry, variety of urban furniture, physiognomy and, Landscape, Lighting pointed out lighting. In the economic component, tourist attraction is at the highest level of satisfaction, followed by a reduction in transportation costs. By reducing the burden of heavy motor traffic, reducing air pollution, reducing medical costs, increasing shop sales, increasing retail sales, attracting tourists and so on. So that now the congestion of car and pedestrian traffic is the most important. problem of the city center and the residents of the region. This has had many economic, social and environmental consequences for the residents. Considering the decades of efforts of traffic engineering officials to deal with traffic congestion and its problems in the city of Hamadan and its center by increasing the street traffic lines as much as possible and equipping the streets to maximize the speed and flow of traffic as well as construction Parking failed and resulted in further deterioration of the physical environment and reduced livability of the city.
