Abstract :
Over the two recent decades utilizing out of the concept of management of supply chain on the industry and the subject of the option of the supplier has attracted too much attention towards itself. The supply chain is a vital factor for the competitiveness of organizations. This probe aimed at to elucidation of a structured method for the evaluation and option of the supplier. Based on this issue and over the one step by step process the appropriate supplier is being chosen among the Qom Refah chain store’s suppliers of dairy and beverage, by usage and employment out of related data. The universal statistics of this survey are the managers and staff of Refah store of Qom. Thus after recognition of key indicators by the method of group AHP, the weight of indicators is being specified. As well for the comparison and ranking of suppliers the method of QUALIFLEX is being used, which it is used in the decision explanation, because of the flexibility of multiple criteria of decision-making and sequential information. Based upon search consequences the final ranking of suppliers on the beverage products is being formed as C > A > D > B and the final ranking of suppliers on the dairy products as well ranked as F > E > G.
