Design of Creativity Matrix Based on Importance-Performance Model in the Health Sector

Abstract :
Considering the importance of employee creativity in the health sector of the country, optimal use of creativity strategies seems essential. Therefore, the present study seeks to identify the drivers and barriers to creativity, as well as identifying the importance and performance of each of the drivers in the country's health sector and drawing their importance-performance matrix. Therefore, the current research is categorized in the group of exploratory researches and in terms of data collection method, it is Delphi. based on the limitations of the researcher to conduct the research, the statistical sample is selected from the statistical population. In the present study, 15 experts in the fields of resource management and human development and psychology, as well as 83 human resource managers of medical sciences universities of the country, were present. The research questionnaire is derived from interviews with human resources experts and is actually a summary of their opinions about the influential components in creativity. The research findings show that leadership style, organizational structure, individual factors, laying the base for the emergence of creativity in the person and the support of senior management are among the influential and very important factors in the promotion and development of creativity in the country's health sector.
