Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to present an effective model of in-service training courses in government organizations using a hybrid approach. In order to achieve this important goal, the researcher has adopted a hybrid approach. The current research, in terms of its purpose, is in the category of applied research. Based on this, they examined 109 previous researches related to the objectives of the present study using the seven-stage model of Sandelowski and Barroso and gathered, combined and interpreted the findings of these researches in order to develop a comprehensive, new and innovative picture of Provide an effective model of in-service training courses. The expansion of the presented model is one of the strengths and innovations of this research.
