Abstract
Corruption is one of the most important issues in the field of government and private institutions and agencies, which has always caused problems in the public transaction system. Government employees are one of the organizational assets in managing the affairs of the country. Their good performance in achieving the goals of the organization and the government is very important and has a direct relationship with more and more useful efficiency, moving away from the fields of employee misconduct, the basis for the progress of the employee and the organization. Corruption is the illegal use of administrative and governmental powers for personal gain. Corruption has taken many forms, including embezzlement, bribery, and misuse of government property and facilities. Since the most important political asset of governments is the people's trust in the rulers, and all forms of corruption, especially corruption, undermine this trust, tackling corruption in the administrative sphere is an undeniable necessity. The prevalence of this corruption at the national and international levels has prompted the international community to design concerted action to combat it. The prevention of corruption is examined in the Health Promotion Act under the supervision of the government and the judiciary, and in English law, the fight against corruption, the administrative rights of which are based on custom and judicial practice.
