Abstract :
Purpose: the purpose of this study was the investigation of the relationships between transformational leadership style, organizational structure and organizational climate with employee creativity considering the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in an industrial organization. The participants in this study were some 300 employees of National Iranian South Oil Company who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The instruments which were used in this study were Transformational Leadership Scale (GTL), Creative Climate Questionnaire (CCQ), Creative Self-efficacy Scale (CSE), Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) and Employee Creativity Questionnaire (ECQ). Fitness of the proposed model was examined through structural equation model (SEM), using SPSS-21 and AMOS-21 software packages. Findings: The results showed that direct paths from transformational leadership to employee creativity, organizational climate to employee creativity and organizational structure to employee creativity were non-significant. The indirect relationships were tested by using bootstrapping procedure in Preacher and Hayes Macro command. The model fitted the data properly and all indirect effects were significant.
