Abstract :
The current research conducted with the aim of investigating and identifying the main dimensions and components related to the succession model in the Iranian Statistical Center and the Provincial Management Organization with a focus on organizational sustainability. This research is quantitative and has been done with an interpretive-inductive method and its investigations are a development along with the exploratory method. The tool of the current research is a researcher-made questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis method is used. The statistical population of the study was the employees of Iran Statistics Center and Provincial Management Organization. Statistical tests and measurement models were used to analyze the data. The software used was SPSS and SmartPLS. The results showed that succession consists of eight dimensions, which include structural and organizational dimensions, strategies, cultural, communication, extra-organizational factors, process management, functional-result management, and human resource management and capability.
