Abstract :
According to the cause of some mental disorders due to poor nutrition and lack of balance is the four humours And with a healthy diet and get to know which of these temperaments temperament based on the four humours are the dominant body and create balance between the humours reduces mental illness, The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the four temperaments (tail - bile - Soda - mucus) on the mental health of students. Goldberg general health questionnaire consists of 28 groups of questions And temperament questionnaire to facilitate the recognition of doctor Mohsen Naseri and recognize the important role of temperament in the lifestyle and nutrition approach, the tables had been prepared The questionnaire was designed four tables. Each of these tables in order to measure each of the qualities of heat, cold, drought and more questions have been raised. Present study in terms of method is correlation. Statistical population is all students of Humanities College of Sari Islamic Azad University they are 5000 persons. Statistical sample were 357 persons that are selected hierarchical randomly. Research tools were Goldberg public health and Hamyar and temperament ology questionnaire of Dr. Mohsen Naseri implemented. For analyzing the data descriptive and inferential statistic were use that includes: average, standard deviation and variance analysis. The results have shown that quadric temperaments have meaningful effect on anxiety, sleep disturbance and physical signs but did not have meaningful effect on social performance.
