Providing a model for training of researching personality of elementary students of the country (Bushehr Province Case)

Abstract :
TThis research aimed to provide a model for the development of the research character of the elementary students of Bushehr province. The method used was qualitative-quantitative. In the first stage, the components extracted from the literature available to 20 educators, The purposeful sampling was selected. By performing Delphi technique and calculating the correlation coefficient of 7 dimensions, the "problem-centered culture" - " Academic Rigour " - " Inquiry " -"communications" - "technology literacy" - " Assessment " - "sharing" and 67 components In the second stage, in the quantitative section, a researcher made questionnaire based on the views of the experts on a sample of 357 people Using stratified random sampling, the 5107 members of the 5107 community of directors, teachers and assistants of the elementary period from Bushehr Province were run by proportional allocation. To analyze the data related to the determination of dimensions and components of the research personality from exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis SPSS software was used. Finally, the model of researching personality development was developed based on the results of regression implementation among the dimensions of the research character. Structural equation modeling techniques were used to test and validate the conceptual model of the research using LISREL software.
