Abstract :
Objective: The aim of presenting a model of factors affecting the evaluation of professional competencies of the heads of Islamic Azad University based on the global level was done using the knowledge management component.Method: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, as well as exploratory in terms of mixed data type. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire based on standard questionnaires and the results of qualitative section interviews were used to collect data. To calculate the validity of the questionnaire, the validity of content and structure was used. The findings indicated the validity of the measurement tool. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability. Also, the collected data obtained from the quantitative part were analyzed through inferential statistics (sample t-test, paired t-test and structural equation modeling) and using LISREL software.The effective factors are information technology infrastructure, economic policies, educational and research factor, organizational policy, a model has been introduced according to the mentioned factors, which is well-suited.Due to their association, they are in good current condition. However, there is a difference between the current and favorable situation of the factors affecting the evaluation of the professional competencies of the heads of the Islamic Azad University on a global level using the knowledge management component.
