Providing a quality Pattern to transform professional technical vocational schools into entrepreneurship centers

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to provide a quality model for transforming professional technical vocational schools into entrepreneurship centers. In terms of purpose, the research is a developmental application that was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In the qualitative part of the research, the method of data theory analysis of the foundation was used. Participants included university professors, teachers and students, school principals, staff of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province was used. The statistical population of the study included principals, students and teachers of vocational schools in Sari in the academic year 1399-1400. The sample size was 296 based on Morgan table and data were collected by stratified random sampling method. After determining the face validity, content validity was approved by experts. Reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha above 0.7. Statistical analysis and fitting of the conceptual model of the data was performed using SPSS and AMOS software. The result of this process was the identification of 10 main categories with 101 codes that formed the conceptual model of the research based on Strauss and Corbin's paradigm. Based on the results, the proposed model has a good fit. Therefore, the quality of professional technical vocational schools will be possible with coordination and comprehensive attention of various dimensions, including causal, contextual, intervening conditions.
