The purpose of the research is to study the impact of informational literacy on Students educational function. Informational literacy is a kind of capability that makes the information easily in hand. So, one can use it effectively and creatively as a critical evaluation for meeting his/her informational needs. The method of the research is test-like. pre and post test method along with control group has been used here. The statistical sampling includes 40 students of Sari Imam Mohammad Bagger technical higher education center. The first 20 students were randomly selected as the test group and the second 20 were randomly selected as control group. In descriptive analysis Matrix and data table were used. And in deductive analysis T test was used. The results showed a great difference between the function of the two groups. Statistically, there is a distinctive difference between the two groups in recognizing and identifying the informational needs, their abilities in placing and getting information, responsible use of information and their methods of using information in libraries. Regarding the results and confirming the hypothesis, we can conclude that holding informational literacy classes can effectively help students to use the information suitably and in the best form.
