Abstract :
In the 20th century people and societies with their increasing needs to education have imposed a great responsibility on educational institudes. The increasing speed of science and the quick development of technology Have made it necessary for the educational system heads to equip themselves With the latest technological knowledge and its capabilities. So, the educational systems have been faced with a great trend of changes in which the schools traditional position,educational methods,students and teachers Have all been challenged.although information nd communication technology Can make a great change in educational system,developing the modern activities faces with some obstacles. In order to study the obstacles of ICT in schools, the descriptive ….. research Has been done. The statistical population of the research includes 180 teachers And 38 principals of high schools possessing ICT .these people have been Selected randomly in accordance with the number of teachers and principals In Isfahan educational regions. The means of the research has been confirmed Questionnaire. For its validity, content validity, and reliability Alpha Kronbakh has been used. The questionnare analysis has been done through deductive-descriptive statestics with SPSS software.
