Here, we are trying to recognize the knowledge management position in organization A, and its relationship with organizational culture. The statistical population of this research includes middle managers of organization A in years 1386-87. Thirty managers were selected randomly as a sample. For collecting the information, two questionnaire of knowledge management (consists of 26 questions),and organizational culture (consists of 46 questions)were used. The validity of the knowledge Management questionnaire is gained through the evaluation of the results of the ALPHA-KRONBAKH 0/9039, and organizational culture 0/9262 . The data analysis has shown that extrovert in organization A receives the highest position, then combination, introvert and socialization are in the next steps. The results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational culture and socialism as well as combination and introvert. But there were no meaningful relationship between organizational culture and extrovert. So, we can conclude that managers in organization A are more eager to communicate their knowledge and experiences with others under the effect of micro cultures rather than internalizing their knowledge and competing with others .
