Abstract :
North Khorasan origin men and women in different fields of science major religious and political culture in which each of their time on the Iranian culture and character of the area affected thoughts. The characters that in the Persian encyclopedia named as figures and celebrities which after their period for various reasons got special fame and reputation. Revision reconstruction and readout rate this influence and to prevent being forgotten scientific cultural and political figures, celebrities and the undeniable necessity for present and future generations for thousands of everyday experience, these characters is that their efforts on process civilizational and cultural development in their community have been Upper transition. North Khorasan, despite the historical richness of culture in the field of written history is very low and so poor that it is proper history and culture of recognition and history and impact of effective figures in various fields has not been paid. However, this paper made an attempt to address the role and place of these peoples to promote Iranian culture and civilization era is different. This article first role in the transformation of Fame North Khorasan refers to society and then some of those dimensions Shkhsyts case has been investigated.
