Abstract :
Hospitals are known as one of the important institutions in improving the health of people in society, and every country allocates a large part of its national income to expand and improve its efficiency. Nurses play a key and important role in providing optimal healthcare services. The first step in achieving optimal nursing services is to understand the factors affecting the quality of nurses' activities. Due to the nature of work in the hospital and standing activity, it is the most common type of musculoskeletal disorders and back pain is highly prevalent among employees. The principles of ergonomics at work will not only preserve the health and efficiency of human resources in the human society, but will also prevent countries from incurring many financial costs. Identifying the errors in nursing jobs, hospital laboratories, finding their causes and providing corrective actions, all indicate the potential capability of the JSA job safety analysis method in identifying and evaluating possible risks in the aforementioned jobs. Considering the experience and expertise of psychologists in dealing with people and incidents, hiring a psychologist for the hospital can lead to reducing tensions in the reception department and reducing mental disorders among employees.
