Inquiring the Factors Affecting Coaching Establishment in Organization with a Qualitative Approach

Abstract :
Coaching is a new paradigm in learning and connecting the two words of human capital development and organizational learning that enables individuals to adapt more quickly to environmental change and identify their capacities and abilities and leads to increased organizational productivity through the actualization of the potential skills of organization human resources, which are key drivers of the success of any organization.Therefore, the purpose of this research is to inquiring the factors affecting the establishment of coaching in public organizations that have been done by qualitative method and content analysis. The statistical sample in this research consisted of 12 experts that had some published works in the field of coaching and selected by Snowballing sampling method and MAXQDA software is used for data analysis.The results of the research identified two factors of human and organizational resources. The human resources factor consists of two dimensions of coach and coachee and the organizational resources factor consists both structure and content dimensions.
