Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify the components of the existing and desirable talent management and the gap between them, designing a pathologic model and optimizing talent management among university lecturers. Talent Management is, in fact, an organization's commitment to hiring, deploying, maintaining and improving the most talented and skilled workforce in the organization, and creating the potential of transforming strength and potential talent into the actual staff at each level of the organization. In fact, the talent management talent has all the practical processes and systems associated with maintaining and enhancing the most efficient workforce available, which benefits the improvement of talent management at the university and increasing the productivity of talent and the development of more talented human capital and The evolution of the university's performance system (the study of this research is the Islamic Azad University of Tehran units). The university as the lever of education and human development is one of the key components of society. Therefore, recognizing talent management status among academic instructors and designing a model for that very much. It is important. The research method is descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study was university instructors with a sample of 360 people (Cochran method).
