Abstract :
Due to changes in organizational environments, one of the most important issues related to the next career paths, will be job FlatZdgy. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between career plateau with the tendency of employees to leave the organization. Msyrast analysis. The population consisted of all employees of the city of Mahabad were using a random sampling of 250 of them were selected and they responded to four questionnaires which were career plateau (Mylymn, 1992), tendency to leave (Kvlarly, 1984), career stress (Rvzyv et al., 1970) and career burnout (mulch-Pines, 2005). The validity of the questionnaires by using confirmatory factor analysis as well as experts and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha was confirmed. Among the variables plateau variables burnout, job stress and the highest to the lowest correlation with their turnover. The plateau between job burnout and job stress is positive and significant. Path analysis results indicate, career plateau and significant positive effect on organizational leave. The indirect effect is significant plateau and through the organization to leave the job burnout and job stress occurs. The indirect effect of burnout on leave positive organizations.
