Designing a Model for Measuring the Preparation of Managers for Implementing the Suggestion System of Performance in QIAU

Abstract :
This study aims to offer a model for measuring the degree to which the managers in Qazvin Islamic Azad University are prepared for making changes in suggestion system of performance. The study used a survey method and a statistical population of 153 managers in QIAU. Finally, 76 managers were selected, using random layered sampling. The collection instrument was a questionnaire devised by the researcher and data were analyzed by KMO tests and correlation coefficient as well as descriptive statistics. The results show that QIAU's managers are prepared to implement the suggestion system of performance but are not prepared in some aspects including accepting transformation and power distribution. Thus, these should be taken into account in the implementation of suggestion system.
