Abstract :
Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to make greater power with fewer facilities. Knowledge management is a new method for administrating organization and sharing mental and scientific sources. Implementation of Knowledge management requires provision of appropriate per-requisites. One of the important conditions is coordination among numerous organizational factors. This paper is going to study 2 factors: organizational culture and organizational structure. Knowledge management process has different elements. In this research, we are going to consider elements of knowledge creation and knowledge transfer. The Case is Hamkaran system Company. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational factors (organizational culture and organizational structure) and elements of knowledge management (knowledge creation and knowledge transfer). The mentioned organizational factors are the most important factors in implementation process of knowledge management. Another result is that organizational culture is more effective than organizational structure.
