Abstract :
This study examined the mediating role of organizational innovation and technological innovation capability in effective knowledge management practices was conducted on the company's performance. The research method was descriptive and correlational. Smart-PLS software to evaluate hypotheses and methods of structural equation modeling and path analysis using partial least squares (PLS) was used. The results of knowledge management practices have a positive impact and significant only in two dimensions (knowledge acquisition and application of knowledge) on organizational innovation confirms and the impact of two dimensions (knowledge transfer and knowledge storage) on organizational innovation is not confirmed.
