Abstract :
This study examines the impact of life skills education on students' mental health of IslamicAzad University of Susangerd Branch. The population of the study, all male students constitute advice Islamic Azad University of Susangerd Branch. Of which 40 were selected by simple random sampling and were assigned to two experimental and control instruments used in this study was a questionnaire, Plan to study pre-test - post-test control group. Experimental and control groups were randomly selected after the first pre-test was conducted on two groups, The experimental intervention was implemented life skills training and after training, both groups were tested. T-test for analysis of covariance was used to analyze the test groups. The results showed that the learning of life skills Enhance the mental health of students in the experimental group compared with the control group.
