The predict of work-family conflict and job attachment from success dimensions among employees of Natanz Medical Hygiene Network

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to predict work-family conflict and job attachment from success dimensions in Natanz.181 employees were selected randomly and Thomas Landel & Kejner job attachment questionnaire, Parker & Chuzmmier success dimensions, and a researcher made questionnaire were administered among them. The present study is correlation research. The results of step by step multivariate regression show that among six success dimensions only wealth and position success dimension has negative (p<0.001) and personal success dimension has positive significant predictive power (p<0.05) for prediction or work-family conflicts. Also results shows the socially help success dimension has positive significant predictive power (p<0.001), and the personal success dimension has negative significant predictive power (p<0.05) for job attachment.
