Abstract :
In this study, the relationship between the quality of working life and quality of life normally Family Process and Content Distribution Company employees Bargh Shiraz were investigated. The study included all government employees and contractors are garments that 588 people. The research is correlational. The sample consisted of 150 randomly selected employees that were formed.has been used. To deliver the data, Pearson correlation, regression analysis was used. The results showed that QWL has significant predictive power for variable process. And the quality of working life has predictive power for variable content is family.
