The comparison of relation between emotional intelligence with mental health and academic achievement in girl students with employed and unemployed mother

Abstract :
“The Primary purpose” of this research is the” fault finding of performance appraisal system of teacher based on Mirzaei’s 3- ramifications model in Shirgah city education”. “The Method of research”has been Descriptive of survey Type with utility purpose statistical Population in the present research involved all education teachers in Shirgah city In academic year 1390-91 and contained 500 individuals that were chosen with stratified Sampling and 216 people were selected based on Table korjsi and Morgan as an simple. "The tool for Data collection "was scholar made Questionnaire that after Confirmation their simulative and content validity by Professors and consulter, Reliability has been calculated 97 percent by the use of Cronbach's alpha test. Method of data analysis has been done by Using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (contain single sample T test and Friedman test) and with spss software. The results of research showed that the structural factors, behavioral and underlying had significant impact on teacher’s performance appraisal system as a fault. Also Average results of the factors ranking showed that maximum ranking had related to the structural factors and Minimum to the underlying factors.
