Abstract :
The purpose of this study wasTo investigate th the relationship between Talent Management and Improving the Job Performance of Male and Female Physical Education Teachers in East Azerbaijan Province. The present research had a practical purpose, and in terms of method was correlational. The statistical population included all physical educational teachers of East- Azerbaijan province (1312 teachers) who were working during 2020-2021 in this administration. Among them 298 teachers were selected randomly through Krejcie and Morgan table as the sample. The research instruments were talent management questionnaire of Ahmadi et al (2013) and professional performance questionnaire of Byern et al (2005) and Konovy (1999). The data was analyzed in descriptive and analytic levels through Spss and Amos softwares, which central and dispersion indexes were used for descriptive level and multiple regression and structural equations were used for analytical level. The results showed that talent management (talent acquisition, talent assessment and discovery, talent development and training and talent retention) has a positive and significant role in the the job performance of physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province (p <0/05). 38% of the variance in teachers' job performance is explained by the variables of talent acquisition, talent evaluation and discovery, talent development and training, and talent retention.
