Work ethics and social factors associated with it among the staff offices of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare of East Azarbaijan province

Abstract :
Abstract ;The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between work ethic and related social factors Among the offices of the cooperative of the social labor of the East Azarbaijan. The present research is a descriptive correlation type Which will be in sectional form in 2017Among the employees of the agencies of the cooperative of social labor in the East Azarbaijan. The method of this research is a survey and a stratified sampling method The statistical population of this research is 359 employees of the social cooperatives and social welfare agencies of the East Azarbaijan92 of them were selected using the Cochran formula as sample size. A questionnaire was used for collecting data on social work ethics and social welfare. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data was analyzed using spss and minitab software.The findings of the research show that there is a significant direct relationship between the amount of social capital and cultural capital and religiosity with the rate of enjoyment of work ethics among employees of social cooperatives and social work agencies of East Azarbaijan By increasing the amount of social capital and cultural capital and religiosity, the amount of benefit from work ethic increases among individuals. The results of the regression coefficients are also shown Components of costing life Interactions with friends , taking part , Cultural capital embodied , Belief , Emotions , Actorardini , Religious knowledge The model is approved.
