Abstract :
The Present study deals with the relationship between organizational intelligence components with learning organization. The research method was descriptive-correlation. To gather the data, field study (researcher made questionnaire) and library was used. The statistical population included 470 staff members. Using morgan table 124 members were chosen as the sample size. The method of sampling was random multi-stage. The reliability of the questionnaires werw 0.968 for organizational intelligence, and0.899 for learning organization. The inferential statistics such as person correlation coefficient was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there was a significant differences between the learning organization and organizational intelligence regarding the components of strategic vision,common fate, tendency to change, courage & bravery, union & agreement, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.
