Abstract :
This article is the outcome of the MA dissertation the aim of which is todetermine the role of blood groups on the performance of the personnel ofTabriz Justice Administration, because identifying that part of the humancharacteristics that affects his performance, especially the genetic factorswith which the individual joins the organization can partly help theorganization to select the proper person to assign tasks to him in order torealize the organizational goals. In order to do the research, we selected 200perple from among the personnel by using random classified method anddistributed among them the performance measurement questionnaire, whichhad been designed at Likert Scale so that we could measure the relationshipbetween his blood group and the performance of the personnel through theuse of Survey – descriptive method. To test the research hypotheses, too, weused oneway variance analysis and Scheffes post hoc test, and we were ableto find a significant correlation between the personneis blood groups andtheir performance
