Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to review and present the structural model of resource management based on the approaches of training student teachers in Iran with the countries of Japan, America, France, and England. This research is practical in terms of goals and comparative in terms of data collection method of content analysis, and for this purpose, data was first collected based on data sheets and information registration, which led to the identification of different components of student teacher training approaches in selected countries. The field of research includes books, articles and researches that have dealt with teacher education in selected countries (Japan, America, France, England and Iran). The method of data analysis was coding method (open coding, axial coding and selective coding). The findings showed that the previous research by other researchers was somewhat consistent with the results obtained in this research and some of the indicators and components obtained in the current research are confirmed by the previous findings. After examining and studying the theoretical foundations and research background and documents with articles and researchers, 7 dimensions, 28 components and 72 indicators were identified in the form of findings of the department, which are philosophical foundations with 4 components and 12 indicators, psychological foundations with 4 components and 10 indicators, foundations Scientific 4 components and 9 indicators, sociological basics 4 components and indicators, loyal approach 4 components and 9 indicators, adaptive approach 4 components and 11 indicators and semi-adaptive approach 4 components and 10 indicators were identified.
