Abstract :
In this article, with descriptive and analytical methods and with the help of written documents, guidance strategies of the Holy Quran for improving human resources have been extracted from verse 23 of Surah Zammar and analyzed in order to improve efficiency and increase the effectiveness and productivity growth of organizations. Strategies such as: "authentic and perfect source", "understandable and useful content", "innovation and innovation", "lawfulness and order", "similarity and homogeneity", "exciting repetition", "impact" and "relaxation".Recruitment process, manpower selection indicators, scientific needs assessment for manpower supply, internal and external trainings, manpower loyalty, planning in human resources department, organizational culture and behavior, manpower retention and performance evaluation indicators, including challenges and problems of institutions and companies are in the field of human resources.Improving human resources allows employees to effectively continue their activities in line with organizational transformations and environmental changes and increase their efficiency and usefulness; Therefore, in this article, to solve the existing problems and challenges, we have gone to the guidance strategies of the Holy Quran; Because the progress and realization of organizational goals depends on the ability of the forces and employees to fulfill their duties and adapt and adapt to changing and diverse environments, which depends on the provision of operational solutions and strategies.
