Abstract :
Human resources and knowledge management are closely related and so far many knowledge management projects have failed due to inattention to the human factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of 66 people from the statistical sample of the research, in a cluster method including: Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry staff regarding the impact of knowledge management on human resource development of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad registry. This research is a survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. According to the research background, after drawing the conceptual model of the research, information was collected using a questionnaire that had reliability and validity. After performing the necessary statistical tests with Smart pls and Spss software, while confirming the research hypotheses, it was determined that: Knowledge management on human resource development in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry office, with regression coefficient Impact has an effect of 0.94. Therefore, the managers of this department should use knowledge management to develop their human resources, to achieve the development of competence, increase capability, information sharing and training of their employees in the workplace.
